  • Custom Software Design and Programming
  • Software Modifications and Enhancements
  • Traverse/OSAS Report Design and Creation

Support: $130 per man hour (minimum on-site charge 2 hours)

Off-site Support

Remote customer support (by telephone or modem) saves you money! Avoid travel time costs and reduce the minimum incident charge to just 20 minutes. You'll require an independent data line or Internet access and suitable communications software (such as Laplink, Terminal Server, or Citrix Metaframe) to facilitate this but your investment is fully returned in the savings inherent in this type of support. Long distance charges extra if applicable.

Travel Time

Minimum on-site travel time charge is 20 minutes

Billing

Invoices will be issued daily, weekly or monthly as appropriate and are due when rendered
